Refund policy

We do everything we can to provide the best, and freshest products available in the personal care and gift industries. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return authorization code. We accept unused items in their original packaging. Upon receipt, we will promptly refund 100% of the amount paid for the product in the original form of payment. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
