If Your Order Is Marked As Delivered But It Is Not Received:
  
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office so that they can investigate. If the post office is able to confirm that the postal carrier delivered the order and theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local police department to file a report.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. 
 
All orders will be held until proper payment is received.

 
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.5% will be added to any order shipped to Florida

Returns/Exchanges for Retail Customers
We want you to love our products as much as we love making them. 

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with something you've purchased & we will gladly make it right.  We cannot accept returns after 14 days & a processing fee may apply.
 
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage due to shipping.  We will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.

We are human and sometimes we may make a mistake.  If you find that we mis-shipped an item, please let us know right away so we can fulfill your order correctly.  You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.

Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size, and shape will occur.

Note:   Do not throw out packaging or the product in question, please take pictures of any concerns, and contact us immediately.
 
Please email orders@belleame.com with customer's name, order number & reason for the requested return.

 

Backorders

Customers will be contacted via email or phone if a product is not available & will delay the shipping of the order. 



Order Acceptance Policy
Once submitting your order an order confirmation will be sent. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Belle Ame Soap Bar reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error Belle Ame Soap Bar shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,We shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
